If we do not take you on to our books we will retain your personal information on our files for a reasonable amount of time, or until requested to delete the personal information from our records. If we accept you, we will retain your personal information for the time you remain a Mahogany Model and for a reasonable period thereafter. Please note that if you do not agree to us adding you to our mailing list and sending your details to third parties for the purposes of evaluating your application, we will be unable to consider you.
