The Glasgow Fashion Week took place on 19th to 21st November at the Arta & Winchester in Glasgow, it was a fantastic fashion week featuring local, national and international designers. MMM models played a major part in GFW and were also included in numerous fashion shoots and in the scottish newspapers. Once again MMM is making enormous in roads into mainstream fashion.
In addition Mahogany Productions were the catwalk show producers for GFW.

There will be an open casting taking place on the 25th July 2009.
• Time: from 4.30pm (anybody that arrives after 5.15pm WILL NOT BE SEEN)
• Address: Bush Hall, 310 Uxbridge Road, Shepherds Bush, London W12 7LF
FEMALE MODELS: must be
o Minimum Height 5.8 (without shoes – you will be measured)
o Size 6 to 10 dress size
o Models must wear HIGH heels (no wedges or boots)
o All nationalities are required
o Please bring your portfolio
o You must bring additional photographs to leave behind (they will not be returned) – ensure you put your contact details and statistics on the back
o If you are signed to a modelling agency you MUST inform them you are attending the casting and attend as an agency model. You will be listed as an agency model not as a freelance model – if it is brought to our attention that you listed yourself as a freelance model but then we find out you are attached to a modelling agency we will immediately remove you from the show (freelance models are models that are NOT signed to any agency whatsoever)
o Unless you are under 18 you cannot bring anyone with you to the casting (no friends, family etc)
o For those that meet the above requirements you can stay and watch the Top Model of Colour regional heat (FREE) at the same venue – doors open at 7pm & show starts at 8pm, you will be issued with a wrist band to gain entry.
• MALE MODELS: must be
o Minimum height 5.11 (without shoes – you will be measured)
o Waist 30 to 32 inches
o All nationalities are required
o Please bring your portfolio
o You must bring additional photographs to leave behind (they will not be returned)

• to attend 3 days of fashion shows
• paid a flat rate of £50 (sorry we are only able to cover this amount towards travel expenses)
• be provided with light refreshments
• be given some pictures via email for your portfolio
• Models may have to attend fittings (expenses will NOT be covered for this)
• Over the 3 days over 2000 visitors will watch the fashion shows
